Production Descripment:

The copper coil packing machine is developed for packing different ring-shaped products including steel coils, aluminum coils, copper coils, wire coils, cable coils, pipe coils, tyres&etc by stretch film, paper or other packing material available. Easy operation and convenient maintenance. It greatly save the labor force and improve the work efficiency from the traditional manual packing.

Automatic Copper Strip Coil Packing Machine Labor Saving 4.0KW 380V features:

  1. The wrapping unit is moveable, safe&convenient for coil.
  2. Automatic control by PLC program.
  3. Standard modular design of the metal coil wrapping machine, stable performance, convenient maintenance.
  4. Solid whole casting structure for turning ring.
  5. Height of the wrapping ring adjustable for metal coils with different OD.
  6. The wrapping tape is cut automatically by the cutter.
